| Type | Personality | Example SA Careers |
|---|---|---|
| R — Realistic | Hands-on, practical, mechanical | Civil Engineer, Electrician, Agricultural Scientist, Pilot |
| I — Investigative | Analytical, research-driven, curious | Medical Doctor, Data Scientist, Pharmacist, Geologist |
| A — Artistic | Creative, expressive, imaginative | Graphic Designer, Architect, Journalist, Film Director |
| S — Social | Helpful, empathetic, people-focused | Nurse, Social Worker, Teacher, Psychologist |
| E — Enterprising | Leadership, persuasion, entrepreneurial | Lawyer, Marketing Manager, Financial Adviser, Politician |
| C — Conventional | Organised, detail-oriented, systematic | Chartered Accountant, Actuary, HR Manager, Tax Consultant |
