Employer Onboarding

Set up your employer profile on Career Helper and start reaching South African graduates, interns, and learnership candidates. Onboarding takes a few minutes and gives you access to the employer portal.

How Onboarding Works

1. Create your employer profile with your company name, industry, and contact details
2. Verify your organisation so learners can trust your listings
3. Post your first job, internship, or learnership opportunity
4. Manage applications and listings from your Employer Portal

Once your profile is approved, your opportunities will be visible to learners browsing the Opportunities page and matched to candidates whose career profile and APS score fit your requirements.
